Ok, I'm not quite sure how to put this.

BUT!

For those of you who actually visit my LJ, and not just hop here when I announce a fic at bau_fic (nothing against the community), I wanted to ask for some reader input on what's coming up for OI&E.

Currently, I have about a dozen stories plotted out. My problem is...

My muse keeps trying to add a side-order of established Gideon/Hotchner.

Now, I'm not planning on destroying Hotch's marriage. I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do with it, but divorce isn't in the immediate future. I'll probably end up with some kind of amicable arrangement and/or conditionally open marriage type thing.

I don't want to take away from the focus of the series (that is, Morgan and Reid's relationship). However, the side stories are fairly important, and whether or not Gideon and Hotchner have a...deeper relationship will reflect on it.

So I'm asking for reader input. Arguments for, arguments against, love the idea, hate it, etc. ad nauseam.
