Hrmm...

Ok, I'm bored, doing laundry, and avoiding (!!!) studying for exams tomorrow. Let's see what trouble I can get into.

I've been nagged and badgered into (maybe) starting an LJ for my fic, and um. Well. I swiped two of drow's icons, and I need to have somewhere to use them. So here I am.

Since I don't really have...well. A website for my fic, I think I'm just going to post them all here in a big flurry of..um. whatever. And maybe learn how to do those cutpost things along the way.

As soon as I switch my laundry to the dryer so I have something to *wear* tomorrow...

If I were my fic, where would I hide?

I am one of the most...disorganized people when it comes to keeping track of where I store stuff on my computer.

This isn't helped by the fact that I am currently between laptops, and have stuff on three different (mostly borrowed) hard drives.

As for the actual fic...um.

I think I'll go with oldest stuff? First? Maybe?

At least, the oldest stuff I'm willing to admit to having written. I think that would be Secrets and Pleasure. Or maybe The Cross II, but I don't think I have that on hand.::scratch head:: Mourning Dove is just too unfinished to bother with, I think.

Fic commentary: Dichotomy of Heart (DCU)

I had this...I don't know, this whole epic plotted out in response to some slash story I read off of http://offpanel.net - I don't recall which one - and started writing one scene from the end. The rest of the story never got written, although there's another handful that have, at various times, threatened to strangle me if I didn't write them, so they may show up at some point as part of the Dichotomy series. I doubt the whole story will ever be written.

But for now, the scene stands on its own.

It could be called a response to the last-page challenge from who knows how long ago, or just a whim, or something else altogether. I call it Dichotomy of Heart. There's a reference in Dichotomy of Heart to Dichotomy of Soul, but it's not necessary to have read it first, which is a good thing, since it's as of yet unwritten.

There's a Playing Cupid: Bruce all plotted out and practically written just waiting for me to sit down and type it, but my muse hasn't threatened to strangle me yet, so...

Umm. Terminal Blushing?

The next fic on the list to post would be Terminal Blushing. But I'm not sure if/how to post it, considering that anyone not familiar with Dhvana's Harem series would be clueless and going "OMGWTFBBQ?!?!?!?!!!one!!eleven!!" about half a page in.

Ok, yes, I love RDA. Macgyver, Jack O'Neill, doesn't matter. I grew up on Macgyver. SG-1 was the last show I actually watched religiously. Yes, I have an autographed photo.

But?

I don't write any of it!

I need icons!

Anyone know where I can get some icons? DCU, particularly bat-family, or LotR, or um. Yeah. Just...icons.

Graphics just aren't...my thing.

P.S. BTW...that whole I don't write any of it up there? Not...exactly true. I did...sort of...write a leeeeetle bit. As part of a crossover. With the other show I grew up with...

But we won't mention that. Cause I need icons!
