I read a lot of aol news articles, and articles of interest, and found one that hit me where it hurts.

This...is their top five list of car safety ads of all time.

Three are PSAs, two from England, one from Australia; the other two are an ad by Volvo and a compilation of safety ads by Caterpillar.

I WILL warn you - #4 (the second one on the list) is extremely triggery for those with issues with medical trauma, like me.  I couldn't watch more than the first third or so.  #1 (the Australian PSA) is also triggery.  Anyone with issues with violent car crashes should beware of both those videos.

I found the first one touching and poignant, particularly because there wasn't a car in the ad.  The Caterpillar and Volvo ads were warm and even amusing.  The Australian one, though...*shiver*  It is a masterpiece, beautiful in its own [macabre] way, and something I could not just sit here and not go "Someone else should watch this.  Even if I couldn't watch the whole thing in one sitting."

Word of advice:  Read the article blurbs on the videos before you hit play.  But watch whichever ones you can.
