Thank you. I'm actually trying to avoid case-centric fics, at least in OI&E and maybe CM overall, because they take too much investment before I even get to sit down and start writing. But I love writing character pieces, which...uh. Shows?
To be honest, I couldn't stand Emily up until Honor of Thieves. I am warming up to her in canon, but I still have to deal with the bullshit attitude she pulled for the better part of her run in season two, so the whole post-Evolution OI&E storyline is at least partly her saying, "Ok, I fucked up and acted like an immature bitch, let me apologize and get on with my life."
I have no idea what I'm going to do with Season 3, to be honest. I may incorporate specific episodes, I may incorporate the whole season, I may just say to hell with it and say OI&E cuts off at Evolution of Frank.
In any case, you've seen the number of unwritten fic I have planned...I don't think I'm going to stop writing any time soon.
